FAQs

  • Why is Pure Blood Registry the leader in this space?

While we're not the sole option, we take pride in being the second platform to address this critical need for the public. Our distinctive strength lies in our unmatched global reach. With a vast network of thousands of unvaccinated individuals spanning the globe, we provide an extensive pool of potential donors.

But what truly sets us apart is our commitment to offering white-glove service to every one of our members in need. This means you receive personalized, dedicated customer support that goes above and beyond. When you reach out to us, you'll connect with an American live person, ready to assist you with your unique requirements.

Our service doesn't stop at a 24/7 hotline for donor-list requests. We believe in granting you unlimited access to potential donors, setting us apart from platforms that may offer just one donor at a time or struggle to find a suitable match. This distinction is particularly crucial when dealing with time-sensitive cases, ensuring that you have the best chance of securing safe blood transfusions.

Our proven track record, comprised of countless successful patient case studies, underscores the vital importance of our approach. Join us at Pure Blood Registry, where your medical needs and peace of mind are our utmost priority. Together, we create the difference you're searching for.

  • Is there a cost to becoming a member?

Our donors-only membership is absolutely free. If you choose to upgrade to our paid membership, you'll gain the ability to request a list of donors in your area, whether it's for an emergency situation or a planned medical procedure in the near future. Additionally, our lifetime members receive a lifetime premium membership for a fixed cost at a heavily discounted rate, granting them first-access to new solutions and beta programs.

Our primary mission is to cultivate a supportive community of like-minded individuals who can rely on each other in times of need. You can contribute to our growth by spreading the word to your friends, family, and loved ones.

If you wish to be both a donor and a potential recipient in the event of an emergency, we recommend upgrading to the paid service, which includes 24/7 support.

Furthermore, we gratefully accept donations to support our cause, covering expenses related to our legal fund, website development, and marketing efforts. Our overarching goal is to establish a blood bank, breast-milk donor bank, sperm bank, and various other solutions in the near future. Your support is vital in achieving this vision.

  • What if my hospital won't allow directed transfusions?

Currently, the acceptance of directed transfusions at hospitals and blood banks varies. To increase the likelihood of a successful donation, we recommend refraining from discussing COVID-19, spike protein, or mRNA concerns when initially inquiring about a potential donation. Many hospitals maintain the viewpoint that the vaccines are safe and effective, and raising these topics might lead to a higher chance of being denied a safe transfusion. In such cases, you may need to explore alternative hospital options.

We strongly advise contacting hospitals in your local area to determine which ones permit directed donations based on patient requests. As you conduct your research, kindly fill out our form and share your findings with us.

Moreover, we encourage you to consider updating your living will or personal directive, especially if you're at risk of being in a serious accident and unable to communicate your wishes. We provide this service at an affordable cost, eliminating the need to spend hundreds of dollars on attorney fees. Currently, this service is available for all U.S. states by clicking here. Canadian members can request a free draft of a personal directive, which they can customize to suit their specific requirements. Click Here

  • What about my private information? I don't want to be listed on a registry which can be hacked by govt entities.

We appreciate and understand your concern. We’d like to emphasize that we are fully committed to safeguarding your data. We take proactive measures to prevent any compromise. Our approach includes regular removal of all new member information from cloud storage on a weekly basis, and the storage of our database is located on secure external hard drives only. As a patriot-owned business, we are unwavering in our commitment to protecting your data and will not yield to any attempts by corrupt govt entities to access it.

  • How does Pure Blood Registry actually work?

The process is straightforward. Paid members have the option to request a list of compatible blood donors in their vicinity in the event of a medical emergency or for a planned medical procedure. These requests can be submitted through phone, email, or our request form. To access this service, we only ask that you are an active member for at least 30 days and have completed a basic health and vaccination history registration form.

  • How do I know if someone is actually unvaccinated?

Every member is required to fill out the registration form, which includes a legal statement clarifying that intentional harm to others may result in legal liability and punishment.

Currently, there is no commercially available test to ascertain an individual’s COVID-19 vaccine status. However, we strongly recommend that our patients engage in a brief phone call with potential donors to assess their honesty and exercise discretion when choosing members to receive donations from.

  • I regret taking the vaccine. Can I still become a member?

Certainly. We firmly believe that every individual deserves access to the highest quality healthcare, and numerous studies have highlighted the substantial risks associated with receiving contaminated blood. While you are not eligible to donate to other members, rest assured that you are fully entitled to receive donations to support your needs. Please continue being a fighter for the truth.

  • I don't know my blood type. What should I do?

We offer a couple options. You can purchase an at-home test or if you’d rather have your blood typed professionally, we’ve partnered with Ulta Lab Tests so you can find out from a lab near you. They partner with over 2,100 clinics in the lower 48 states. Please refer to our partners page or click here to find a clinic near you.

  • Where are we located?

Although our headquarters location is in Florida, we have access to members from over 50 countries around the world. No matter what the situation might be, we have strong relationships with all other medical-freedom companies that can help you in time of need.

  • I'd like for my entire family to join. What is the process?

We are pleased to provide you with a 50% discount code for your spouse.

Additionally, children under the age of 18 are eligible for a complimentary membership when at least one parent is a member.

  • What steps should I take if my healthcare provider and hospital are not permitting us to receive a targeted donation, and we have reservations about using the standard blood supply they offer?

We understand that many individuals encounter such challenges regularly. If you've encountered resistance or obstacles when dealing with your healthcare providers, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will swiftly connect you with our partners at Remnant Nursing, who specialize in patient advocacy and have extensive experience in handling complex situations. Their team of dedicated nurses will step in on your behalf, taking charge of the situation and alleviating any stress you may be experiencing.

  • Are there age limits for blood donors?

We do offer a free membership to children under the age of 18, with an active parent membership. Children do not need to complete an individualized registration form. Each state sets the minimum blood donor age. You must be at least 16 or 17-years-old depending on your state. Some blood centers may have an upper age limit. Please call and check with your local blood center for more information.

  • How often can I donate blood?

You can donate whole blood every 56 days. Red blood cells will return to normal levels within approximately two weeks of donation.

You can donate platelets (apheresis donation) as much as twice in a 7- day period - or up to 24 times in a rolling 12 months. Platelet and plasma components are replaced in the body more quickly than red cells. Platelets will return to normal levels within a few hours of donating. Plasma, the liquid portion of your blood, takes a couple of days.

  • Who is Compatible?

People with certain blood types are compatible for blood transfusions and certain others are not. Generally speaking, type O can donate to everyone, which means type O, A, B, and AB. Type A can only donate to type A and AB. Type B can donate to type B, and AB and type AB can only donate to type AB. Rh-positive blood can only be donated to people who have the Rh protein, and Rh-negative blood can be donated to both negative and positive. Because of this, type O - is known as the “universal donor.” The universal plasma donor is type AB. Plasma is what is left if you take away all the red and white blood cells and platelets, and it is 55% of blood composition.

  • Are there any reasons why I can't donate?

Some common reasons people can’t donate:

Cold, Flu and other types of illness are the most common reasons why you shouldn’t donate blood. You’ll most likely be advised to wait 24 hours after symptoms pass. Most medications will not disqualify you from being able to donate blood, but may require a waiting period after your final dose.

Low iron. It’s common people were unable to donate in the past due to having low iron levels. There are natural and easy steps to help increase your iron level.

Travel Outside of the United States. You may be deferred from donating blood or platelets if you have lived in or traveled to a malaria-risk country in the past three years.

Don’t get discouraged though, even if you were deferred in the past, you may be eligible to donate now.

  • How long until my blood is used?

All blood donations are processed and available for use between 24 and 48 hours after collection. Whole blood is processed into components (red cells, platelets, plasma). After processing, the red cells can be stored for up to 42 days. Plasma can be frozen and stored for up to 12 months. Platelets (from whole blood or by apheresis) must be used within five days.

  • How long does it take to give blood?

The process for whole blood donation usually takes about one hour with the collection itself usually lasting only about 10 minutes. Expect to spend about two hours for an apheresis platelet collection. The donation process includes registration, a brief medical screening and blood collection.

  • What are red blood cells, platelets and plasma?

Red Cells - these give your blood its red color and carry oxygen to your organs and tissues.

Platelets - the very small colorless cell fragments in your blood whose main function is to stop bleeding.

Plasma - the liquid portion of your blood that transports water and nutrients to your body's tissues.

  • Before you decide to donate blood, is there anything I should do?

Thanks for deciding to donate blood! Before going to donate:

get a good night's sleep, eat a well-balanced meal, drink plenty of water, as hydration is very important, bring a government issued state I.D. (driver’s license, passport, DMV I.D. card, etc.) or your school photo I.D., be at least 16 or 17-years old depending on your state, and be in general good health. Most times, the blood donation center will contact you prior to and go over the basics.

  • What are the different blood types?

There are four main known blood types: A, B, AB, and O. In addition, each blood type has an Rh factor, or Rhesus factor, which is a protein found in your red blood cells. Your blood can be either RhD positive (+) if you have the protein, or RhD negative (-) if you do not.

  • Don't take a chance. Should you expect to match with a donor?

Let’s look at the data: Average distribution of blood types in the United States in 2021.

    O positive 38%

    A positive 34%

    B positive 9%.

    O negative 7%

    A negative 6%

    AB positive 3%

    B negative 2%

    AB negative 1%

  • Why you would need a blood transfusion?

    A Common Procedure:

Blood transfusions are a very common medical procedure. A total of 21 million blood components are transfused each year in the United States alone.

Here are the reasons that a patient may undergo a blood transfusion: Most patients who have a major surgical procedure will have a blood transfusion to replace any blood loss during their surgery. Blood transfusions are used for patients who have experienced serious injuries from car crashes or natural disasters. Individuals with an illness that causes anemia, such as leukemia or kidney disease, will often be the recipients of blood transfusions.

  • Is it safe to receive blood?

The blood supply was safe prior to Covid-19 injections offered around the world. This is why we created this company. Blood donor eligibility standards, individual donor screening, laboratory testing, and donor record checks are in place at donor centers and hospitals to help ensure the safety of blood transfusions. However, they still refuse to acknowledge the risks associated with the vaccine and blood being contaminated. Studies have shown this to be dangerous for both unvaccinated and vaccinated patients.

  • Can I donate my own blood through autotransfusion?

This is the best option, second to receiving a trusted family member’s or friend’s blood donation. A blood autotransfusion is a medical procedure in which a patient's own blood is collected, processed, and then reinfused back into their body. This process can help reduce the need for donor blood and minimize the risk of transfusion reactions since the blood comes from the individual's own circulation. It is often used in surgeries, trauma cases, or other medical situations to conserve a patient's own blood.

  • What is IOS?

In medical terms, Intraoperative blood salvage (IOS), commonly referred to as a "cell-saver," is a specialized form of autologous blood transfusion. Autologous means using a patient's own blood. This method is employed during surgery to recover and recycle the patient's own blood that is lost during the procedure.

During IOS, the patient's blood is cycled through a machine known as a cell-saver. As it passes through the machine, unnecessary fat and tissue are removed, and red blood cells are separated from the rest of the components. Subsequently, the purified blood is returned to the patient.

Using the cell-saver provides several advantages. First, it significantly reduces the risk of infection compared to using donated blood. Second, the red blood cells retrieved through this process are generally in better condition and less damaged than those obtained from donated blood. Lastly, utilizing a cell-saver is a more cost-effective option when compared to the expenses associated with using banked blood from external sources.

If your physician or surgeon advises that you may require a blood transfusion during a surgical procedure, opting for autologous donation or the use of a cell-saver is often the preferred choice due to its safety, reduced risk of complications, and cost-effectiveness.

  • How do I terminate my membership?

If you’d like to terminate your membership before the renewal date, please call us so we can discuss your reasons, and perhaps we can understand your concerns. Our direct line is (407) 408-6954. You can also email us at info@purebloodregistry.com. In the subject line insert ‘CANCEL MEMBERSHIP’.

  • What information is given to members if I'm a potential matching donor?

We share only essential information with other members, such as your member number, first name, phone number, and basic details you've provided during registration, including age, gender, the frequency of PCR tests, and recent flu shots. We prioritize member connections when they require assistance, which is why we limit the information shared. That's why we do not request your full address, except for your city and zip code, as this level of detail is unnecessary for our purposes. The majority of the time, the founder of Pure Blood Registry will be calling on potential donors, and the patient in-need will never be in touch with the donor. The American Red Cross or other blood bank will contact you to confirm appointment date, time and location.

  • Has Pure Blood Registry considered becoming a Private Members Association or a non-profit 501(c) 3?

Absolutely, we carefully considered these alternatives before officially establishing our business in 2022. Each choice has its own advantages and disadvantages. Nonetheless, we decided that operating as an LLC allows us to deliver an enhanced level of service and higher-quality solutions to all our members.

For instance, as a for-profit company, we have more flexibility in terms of generating revenue, which can be reinvested to improve our services. This flexibility enables us to enhance our technology, develop new features, and maintain a high standard of support. It also allows us to attract potential investors who are interested in advancing our mission, helping us grow and reach more like-minded individuals.

Additionally, being a for-profit entity grants us more agility in making rapid decisions and adapting to changing circumstances, which is essential in the fast-evolving medical landscape. We can also strategically allocate resources and reinvest profits for the benefit of our members.

By operating as a for-profit company, we can effectively balance our commitment to our mission with the financial sustainability needed to provide the best possible services to our community.

  • Are you hiring?

Currently, Pure Blood Registry does not have any paid positions available. However, we aspire to transition in this regard, particularly as we work towards establishing physical blood bank locations.

For individuals in the medical field, we recommend reaching out to our partners at Remnant Nursing, as they are experiencing growth and regularly recruiting for telehealth positions. The healthcare landscape is evolving away from the traditional sick-care hospital system, with more people seeking alternative treatments, making telehealth an increasingly promising and dynamic industry.

  • What sets you apart from similar companies?

Great question. Pure Blood Registry stands out in several ways.

First and foremost, we are committed to delivering a white-glove service experience. We treat every member like a cherished family member, ensuring a personal touch in every case. Our CEO and founder personally oversee each case and maintain a close relationship with the patient in need.

We were among the early pioneers in building our extensive database, which continues to be a valuable resource. In fact, we are frequently sought after for donor information during emergencies. To date, we've successfully facilitated connections in nearly every situation except one, involving an elderly patient who chose not to pursue further medical advocacy.

We go the extra mile for our members. Our commitment includes reaching out to individuals within the medical freedom community who can provide assistance in specific scenarios. We actively raise awareness through podcasts, social media posts, and collaboration with like-minded advocates.

Ultimately, what sets Pure Blood Registry apart is our unwavering dedication to the well-being and medical freedom of our members, along with our tireless efforts to ensure their needs are met and their rights are upheld. A big component to our success rate, is our partnership with Remnant Nursing.
